Iya Gallery is a curated collection of original watercolour and ink paintings and prints by Emilie Van Camp and is a small business based in London. By visiting this website and/or purchasing something from it, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- Product Information
Our original paintings are only available in one size and our prints come in both A4 and A5 sizes while stock lasts. None of our products are available for customisation, however feel free to reach out as commissioned artworks are possible upon request. Each product will have a description with its core details, size and price (excluding shipping cost).
Please note that we have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products and paintings that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee they will be fully equivalent to the products actual colours, this is mainly due to computer and monitor's colour setting. If you wish to receive more product images or details before purchasing please contact us via email.
- Privacy Policy
We take the privacy of your infomation very seriously. Visiting and purchasing products on Iya Gallery website, means some of your data will be collected by us or provided by you, such as, but not limited to: your full name, a shipping address, an e-mail address, as well as making payment. All personal information provided will only be used and available to us to ensure delivery and will not be shared with other third parties.
- Order Processing
All products remain our property until full payment is made. Prices indicated below the products are excluding shipping and potential local tax costs. We are also offering an installment payment agreement, if you wish to know more about it, please contact us.
Shipping:
All orders are sent via Royal Mail and dispatched Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We aim to send your order within 48 hours of receiving payment. All orders are carefully packed with mostly recycled or recyclable supplies and are available for worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and final product price is set and shared through the checkout process.
Delivery time:
We can not guarantee the delivery time with precisions as it depends on your destination and the actual status of your postal services. Additionally, if the package has to go through customs, it may take longer than expected.
Risk of damages:
We carefully pack our products and paintings in protective cardboard envelopes or tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this immediately (within 2 days) via email. In exchange of proofs of the damages (photos, the order number and invoice...) we can open a claim at our postal services. Note that this kind of procedure might take some time and does not conclude to a financial compensation. This decision belongs entirely to the postal services. Nevertheless if any compensations are accepted we contact you immediately to inform you and start the process to pay you back the exact amount of the compensation.
Local taxes:
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Return conditions:
We are sorry but we are currently not offering returns nor exchanges. However if you change your mind before the product is sent, a refund might be offered. This will need to be discussed with the atist and cannot be guaranteed.
Additional information:
We reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical
